What will this episode cost in credits?
Enter the shape of the episode. The rates are what our own account was billed across six months of production, not a vendor price page.
The billing unit is where the money leaks
Kling bills per second. Seedance bills in fixed 5-second and 10-second units. That single difference creates a dead zone: a cut between 4.6s and 8.5s on a Seedance tier is billed as a 10-second order, so roughly half of what you pay for is discarded at the edit. Writing a 5-second cut instead of a 6-second one is free.
Measured rates
| Model | Tier | Credits / clip | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kling 3.0 | Tier 1 — low or no motion | 7.5–20 | Bills per second, so a 5s cut costs 5s. No wasted tail. |
| Seedance 2.0 fast | Tier 2 — some motion | 17.5–45 | Bills in fixed 5s and 10s units. A 6s cut is billed as 10s. |
| Seedance 2.0 std | Tier 3 — hard motion | 40–90 | Also the only tier that can lip-sync — that is physics, not taste. |
Ranges are what our own account was billed, not a vendor price list. They move with duration and resolution, which is why a single “cost per clip” number is always wrong.
Why this page will not convert credits to dollars for you
What a credit costs depends on which top-up it came from. Publishing an exchange rate we cannot document would be the one invented number on a site whose whole claim is that its numbers are measured. Enter your own and the tool will use it.
