Fifty people. Twenty creatures. Twelve worlds. A cast you can use tonight.

Most character packs give you a name, a class and a portrait, and leave you to invent the person at the table. This one is written the other way round. Every entry has a height and a weight, a trade, a set of things carried in fixed places on the body, a mark a stranger would describe them by, and one thing they are afraid of.

WHAT IS IN IT

  • 50 people — 23 men, 24 women, 3 androgynous. Every one a different trade.
  • 20 creatures — each with a niche, a surface, a stated limb count, a tell, and the conditions under which it is dangerous.
  • 12 worlds — a drowned coast, a river city of patents, a volcanic frontier, a station on the edge, and eight more. Each with its tone, its light, its palette and its materials.
  • 560 illustration prompts — eight per entry: cover, turnaround, detail, expressions, action, habitat, pixel sprite, variant.
  • 7 finished plates for one character, so you can see what the prompts produce before you spend anything.

THE PROMPTS ARE THE HALF NOBODY ELSE SHIPS

Every entry comes with the exact prompts behind its plates, written to hold identity across views — the same face, the same wardrobe, the same equipment in the same places, and an explicit limb count on every one. That last part matters more than it sounds: generative models add limbs when nobody counts them.

They are model-agnostic, written as description rather than as one vendor's syntax, so they work wherever you generate. You bring your own image generation.

WHO IT IS FOR

  • Game masters who need a cast with faces rather than a list of names
  • Writers who want a populated world to borrow from
  • Game developers and illustrators who want a brief with a body in it

HONEST DISCLOSURE

  1. This is a written compendium and a prompt set. It ships seven finished illustrations — a sample of one character — not seventy illustrated entries. The prompts are how you get the rest.
  2. You need your own image generation to run them, and those credits are your cost.
  3. The worlds are original and unconnected to any existing setting. Nothing here is licensed from anywhere.

LICENCE: use them in your own games, novels, films and products, including commercially. Generate art from the prompts and use it. Reselling the text of the book or the prompt files is not permitted.
